About Netsuisse

Netsuisse develops European technology for the Smart Workforce, covering three business fields — MOVE (e-mobility), CONNECT (telecommunications) and WORK (building & IT solutions). Two guiding principles shape our platform and our services. First, digital sovereignty: our solutions run on-premise, hybrid or in the cloud, allowing customers to decide for themselves where their data and workloads reside. Second, the linking of business processes across fields and organisations: by connecting systems, data and workflows, individual transactions become reusable value.

We are a small team in an early growth phase with locations in Villmergen (Zurich), Barcelona and Edinburgh. The group is Swiss-rooted, with the parent company in Switzerland. Central to our model is the empowerment of partners: we deliver technology solutions to partners and support them on an ongoing basis (a wholesale / B2B model) — complemented by distribution partnerships with selected providers of IT infrastructure and security.

The three fields are more closely connected than they might initially appear: MOVE, CONNECT and WORK all serve the same Smart Workforce — the people a company moves, connects and equips for work — and run on a single platform with a shared data layer. workforceOS connects them: workforceOS Voice covers telecoms and VoIP (CONNECT), the workforceOS OCPP Cloud links charging infrastructure to billing and roaming (MOVE), and in the WORK field workforceOS integrates building technology. On top of this sits an AI-driven process layer that brings all fields together into end-to-end business processes and turns transactions — charging events, calls, building events — into reusable data and new digital services. Making precisely this convergence usable for customers and partners is at the heart of the role.

The Role

At the heart of the role is the AI-driven process layer: designing and implementing these processes for customers and partners is your core task. To do this, you will develop a thorough understanding of workforceOS and apply it in concrete customer and partner projects.

It is a deliberately broad and flexible role for someone who enjoys filling multiple roles within a small team: business analysis, solution design, project delivery and business development. You will work closely with the Managing Director and the engineering team in Barcelona — the technical core of the platform sits there, and you will continuously align with the team on solution design and delivery.

As across the Netsuisse model as a whole, we work predominantly indirectly, together with partners. The role therefore requires a strong understanding of projects and partners, as well as the ability to translate between business, technology and partners — and to roll up your sleeves in delivery when needed. The technical depth in platform development lies with the engineering team; what we need from you is the understanding to penetrate the technology sufficiently to design solutions, shape projects substantively, and win and deliver business. The balance between these areas will shift as the Swiss operation grows; especially at the outset, flexibility and initiative count for more than narrowly drawn job boundaries. The role is hybrid, based in Villmergen (Zurich); your local network and market access are critical to its success.

Your Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

  • Develop a thorough understanding of workforceOS and apply it in concrete customer and partner projects
  • Design cross-field, AI-driven business processes that build on the convergence of the three fields, and derive solutions and roadmaps from them
  • Act as business analyst and translator between business, technology and partners — gather requirements, evaluate RFQs and translate needs into solution designs
  • Accompany customer and partner projects from analysis through to go-live — solution design, alignment with the engineering team in Barcelona and with partners, and hands-on involvement in delivery

Across the Three Fields

Across all three fields, you will accompany customer and partner projects from requirements analysis through solution design and migrations to practical delivery — each time building on what workforceOS enables in the respective field:

  • MOVE — E-mobility on the workforceOS OCPP Cloud: operating charging points, with billing and roaming (CPO / EMP models). We want to participate in the expansion of Swiss charging infrastructure.
  • CONNECT — Voice and multichannel communication on workforceOS Voice, including AI-driven call centre workflows, messaging and email backbone.
  • WORK — Smart Building — building integrations via workforceOS (building automation, access control, coworking with access, booking and billing), also in conjunction with MOVE.
  • WORK — Business IT & Edge Computing — delivered via partners: resilient edge infrastructure, storage, backup and the cybersecurity stack close to the point of data creation.

Business Development

  • Win and develop project business in the Swiss market — leverage or build your own network to open up opportunities together with our partners
  • Acquire new suppliers and partners, analyse market potential and expand distribution partnerships
  • Keep an eye on your own billable utilisation and actively ensure that work translates into billable project hours
  • Help build the Swiss operation, in close coordination with the teams at the other locations (particularly Barcelona) and with the Managing Director

What We Are Looking For

Consulting & Business

  • Experience at the interface of business and technology — from business analysis, solution consulting or IT project work — and the ability to take ownership of topics independently
  • Strong understanding of projects and partners: familiar with indirect models via partners and with the ability to structure, manage and deliver projects together with partners
  • Confident translation between business, technology and partners — framing customer and business needs into solutions, evaluating RFQs, identifying opportunities and assessing market and partner potential
  • Willingness to get involved in concrete delivery when needed — not just to conceptualise, but to deliver
  • An established network in the Swiss IT market — or the drive to build one — that opens doors for project business
  • A background from the MSP, reseller, systems integrator or distribution environment — familiar with a broad customer base and varied tasks
  • Interdisciplinary thinking — confident across the three fields (MOVE, CONNECT, WORK) and at the interface of technology and business; the ability to sense how the parts fit together is central to this role

Technical Understanding

  • A solid understanding of enterprise ICT — infrastructure, cloud and hybrid, networking and cybersecurity — sufficient to speak on equal terms with engineers and customers and to technically scope solutions
  • Familiarity with one or more of the areas e-mobility / OCPP, telecoms / VoIP or building & IT is a clear advantage
  • Confidence in creating solution and process documentation, including for ISO certifications (ISO 27001 / ISO 9001) — an advantage

Ways of Working & Location

  • You are comfortable in a small team at an early stage — self-reliant, responsible, comfortable with multiple roles at once and effective with little supervision
  • Strong self-organisation in hybrid working — clear communication and reliable collaboration with teams at other locations, in particular the engineering team in Barcelona
  • Location Villmergen (Zurich, hybrid) with established local presence; workload from 60% (open upwards)
  • German and English mandatory; additional languages an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between locations (Switzerland and Spain) as the build-up requires

What we offer

  • A central, broad role in a small, growing team where your work has immediate impact
  • Exceptional breadth — business analysis, projects, telecoms, cloud and edge as well as security across the full stack, rather than a narrowly defined remit within a single silo
  • A genuine development path: you start broad, and as the business grows the role takes on more strategic and team responsibility alongside the Managing Director
  • A performance-related component tied to your billable utilisation — the more of your work flows into billable project hours, the more you earn
  • Hybrid working at the Villmergen (Zurich) location, with short, unbureaucratic decision-making processes within a Swiss-rooted, internationally active group

About the Netsuisse Group

The Netsuisse Group is a European technology company with Swiss roots and locations in Villmergen, Barcelona and Edinburgh. It builds the foundation for the Smart Workforce — enabling people and organisations to move, connect and work — across three fields: Move (electric mobility), Connect (secure, sovereign communication) and Work (building & IT infrastructure). Its open platform workforceOS brings the three fields together in an intelligent backend and creates value through AI integration, business workflows and desktop & mobile apps.
