Welcome, Michael Booz
01 / CONNECTING THE DOTS
Technology is often treated as the answer in itself. So organisations migrate: considerable budget, a long project, a new system. Afterwards the same process runs exactly as before, just on different technology. That isn’t transformation, it’s a change of platform.
The future therefore isn’t about more — or newer — isolated applications. It’s about digital ecosystems in which technologies, systems and information work together, and about genuinely rethinking how work gets done along the way.
That’s what workforceOS is built for. Our platform brings together three fields that are usually handled separately — MOVE, CONNECT and WORK — in one backend, so charging points, communication, buildings and business processes become part of one workflow instead of four isolated systems.
Open. Adaptable. Independent of individual technologies or vendors. And sovereign by design: on-premise, hybrid or cloud, because our customers decide where their data lives.
AI plays a key role here — as assistive technology. It takes routine work off people’s hands, speeds up processes and surfaces the right information at the right moment. The gain is concrete: less manual effort, faster throughput, more time for the work that actually needs judgement. AI is an enabler of that efficiency, not the destination.
02 / PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Technology moves fast. Organisations and people need time to adapt.
The real work is making complex environments understandable, accessible and genuinely useful. That takes more than integration: it takes thoughtful design, better experiences, and the willingness to rethink established ways of working.
This is where Michael’s mandate sits — product direction, customer experience and research, across our markets in Switzerland, Spain and the United Kingdom.
03 / BUILDING WHAT COMES NEXT
workforceOS is in productive use with customers and grows with every project. Behind the scenes, we’re working on a considerably bigger step.
Michael will shape it together with our engineering team in Barcelona. What’s taking shape will change not only what workforceOS can do, but how digital solutions are built in the first place.
More on that in the coming weeks.
Less fragmentation. More interoperability. Simpler experiences. And above all, solutions that create real value for people and businesses.
Welcome to Netsuisse, Mike.
