New European technology company aims to intelligently connect business worlds

  • Potential through connectivity: customers receive services from a single source instead of individual isolated solutions
  • Practical example e-mobility: tangible added value for charging infrastructure and fleet operators through networked charging, energy and service data with AI-supported analysis
  • European perspective: partner-oriented platform approach from Switzerland for connected business models

Villmergen / Barcelona / Edinburgh, 3 July 2026 – With Netsuisse, a new European technology company with Swiss roots enters the market. The company's starting point is the so-called Smart Workforce. This concept describes an increasingly mobile and connected world of work, in which people move between the office, home office and on the go, and expect digital services to work together seamlessly at any time and in any place. It is precisely this world of work – spanning the workplace, vehicle, charging station and cloud – that is the reason why Netsuisse developed the workforceOS platform.

This approach is particularly evident in electric mobility, where charging infrastructure, energy and route data as well as digital services are becoming increasingly interlinked.

"Anyone who intelligently brings these areas together can simplify processes and offer their customers additional services." — Thierry Kramis, Founder and CEO of the Netsuisse Group

More value creation in electric mobility: from charging point to destination

In the Move business area, Netsuisse deliberately embraces openness: workforceOS does not replace existing systems, but connects them via an open platform and makes them combinable with one another. With AI support, data can be analysed more effectively, utilisation planned more precisely and billing processes automated.

In addition, opportunities emerge that go beyond pure charging. A charging location could in future also incorporate catering, workplaces or customer programmes. A mere charging area becomes a place where people are happy to linger, work and spend.

Vehicle manufacturers and car rental companies can also benefit from such connectivity. Rental vehicles are ready and charged on time, fleets can be managed more efficiently, and charging processes can be deliberately shifted to times with a high proportion of renewable energy. As a result, CO₂ savings become measurable and can be reported transparently. Each company decides for itself which of these use cases it implements. Netsuisse merely provides the platform that enables these value-added services.

"Value is created where companies derive better decisions from existing data and generate concrete benefits for their customers." — Thierry Kramis

From individual services to connected processes

Netsuisse combines different services and data sources into seamless processes. A charging point thereby becomes part of a larger context in which information, services and workflows interlock – designed for a world of work that demands seamless operations between the home office, office and on the go every day.

In addition to Move, Netsuisse's solution therefore also encompasses the Connect area for communication and connectivity services, as well as Work for building, workplace and infrastructure services.

European platform with a partner approach

The company's roots lie in Villmergen in the Swiss canton of Aargau. Netsuisse is driving the expansion of the platform – initially with a focus on electric mobility – from Barcelona in the Spanish region of Catalonia. With ambitious expansion targets for electric mobility and charging infrastructure, Spain is one of the most attractive growth markets in Europe.

With a third location in Edinburgh, Netsuisse specifically targets the British market, one of the most dynamic markets for electric mobility in Europe and an important springboard for further international expansion.

Across all locations, Netsuisse pursues a partner-oriented European approach and focuses on collaboration with companies in the fields of mobility, communication and infrastructure.

Behind the company stands IT entrepreneur Thierry Kramis, who has been active in the ICT industry for more than two decades. With Netsuisse, Kramis extends his long-standing focus on IT and communications to include the areas of mobility and building technology. For example, workforceOS also makes it possible to link coworking offerings with charging and connectivity services.

"Many companies already have the necessary data and systems. The challenge today is to use them meaningfully and connect them intelligently. IT used to be an end in itself. Today it is the foundation for how we move, communicate and work." — Thierry Kramis, Founder and CEO of the Netsuisse Group

About the Netsuisse Group

The Netsuisse Group is a European technology company with Swiss roots and locations in Villmergen, Barcelona and Edinburgh. Netsuisse creates the foundation for the Smart Workforce – so that people and organisations can move, connect and work. This encompasses three areas: Move (electric mobility), Connect (secure and sovereign communication) and Work (building and IT infrastructure).

With the open workforceOS platform, Netsuisse brings these three areas together with AI support, enabling new application scenarios for the Smart Workforce. Existing technologies are integrated rather than replaced via open interfaces, allowing companies to make better use of data and services, develop new digital value-added services and implement connected business models.

Empowering how we move, connect and work.
