Product Manager workforceOS

workforceOS connects the three fields of Netsuisse — MOVE (e-mobility), CONNECT (telecommunications) and WORK (buildings & IT) — on a shared platform with an AI-powered process layer. The platform is already live with initial customers; the focus now is on rolling it out broadly and scaling growth.

As Product Manager workforceOS, you will sharpen positioning and offering, develop pricing models for direct and partner sales, and outline go-to-market routes for the three target markets. You act as the interface between business and the engineering team in Barcelona, verify the user experience with real users, and translate insights from customer projects into reusable solutions. The role works closely with the Managing Director and the Business Consultant.
