Netsuisse builds European technology for the Smart Workforce across three fields — MOVE (e-mobility), CONNECT (telecommunications) and WORK (building & IT solutions) — tied together on one platform, workforceOS. The group is Swiss-rooted, with offices in Villmergen (Zurich), Barcelona and Edinburgh, and operates a partner-first model: solutions go to market through MSPs, resellers, systems integrators and distributors, not directly to end customers.
A growth role, not a maintenance role
The focus is on winning and activating new partners, not administering an existing portfolio. You carry revenue responsibility for the indirect channel, represent the full Smart Workforce portfolio — from charging infrastructure and network security to workforceOS itself — and shape the right proposition for each partner. Until a dedicated presales engineer is in place, you also handle the light presales work: running demos, scoping straightforward opportunities and fielding early technical questions.
What you bring
The role suits someone with several years in indirect sales or channel management in an IT environment, a network in the UK partner market and a track record of building new partnerships. A solid grasp of enterprise ICT — infrastructure, cloud, networking and cybersecurity — is needed to hold your own with partners. Familiarity with e-mobility, telecoms or building & IT is an advantage.
The position is based in Edinburgh (hybrid), from 60% (0.6 FTE), open upwards, with willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally to the other offices.
