Partner & Channel Manager

Netsuisse develops European technology for the Smart Workforce and covers three fields: MOVE (e-mobility), CONNECT (telecommunications) and WORK (building & IT solutions). The workforceOS platform connects all three areas in a shared backend — with AI-driven processes, billing and roaming functions, and building integration. The group is rooted in Switzerland, with locations in Villmergen, Barcelona and Edinburgh.

The business model relies on partners: Netsuisse does not supply end customers directly, but through MSPs, resellers, system integrators and distributors. This role builds exactly that channel in Switzerland — from initial outreach to recurring business.

At the heart of this role is the acquisition and activation of new partners, not the management of an existing portfolio. The role carries revenue responsibility for the indirect channel and is deliberately structured around building: market approach, priorities and pace come from the person themselves, not from a sales apparatus. The portfolio — charging infrastructure, network security, edge systems and workforceOS — is managed as a single offering, tailored appropriately to each partner.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in channel management in the IT environment, a network in the Swiss IT partner market, and a proven track record of building new partnerships. A solid understanding of enterprise ICT, confident negotiation skills in German and English, and a genuine enjoyment of working independently in a small team at an early growth stage are essential. Location: Villmergen (Zurich, hybrid), workload from 60%.
